On Tuesday 4/26/16, at about 1 PM, an employee was installing a control panel on a cooling tower. The employee dropped his screw driver and it rolled under the cooling tower. When the employee knelt down to retrieve the screw driver, his knee landed on some wire debris. He required surgery to remove the wire debris.
